daily routine monday - thursday.
- wake up. get ready. if i have time do crunches, go to school, walk to the gym from school, 45 mins + of cardio, 15 mins muscle training, 30 mins of swimming and a class if there are any on. get picked up, tidy room, do homework, facebook+tumblr, have something to eat e.g. bowl of soup or rice or salad, green tea, read, sleep.
Friday
wake up, go to school, dont eat, come home, study for 1 hour, go out, come home at 9, soup, purge, green tea, facebook, tumblr, movie, xbox... whatever floats my boat.
saturday-sunday
wake up, study for one hour, go out, come home, do 100 + crunches, have something to eat, purge, green tea, free to do whatever, read, sleep.
